Once upon a time, there was a dog named Max, who was abandoned by his previous owners and left to fend for himself on the streets. Max was a sweet and loving dog, but due to his size and energy, he was deemed too difficult to be adopted by any families.

After spending several weeks at the animal shelter, Max was almost euthanized, but luckily a kind-hearted rescuer named Sarah stepped in and saved him from his fate. Sarah took Max home and nursed him back to health. She gave him a comfortable bed to sleep on, healthy food to eat, and plenty of love and attention.

During the trip, Max would not let Sarah out of his sight. He would follow her everywhere, even to the bathroom. He would lay his head on her lap and snuggle with her at night. Sarah knew that Max was still struggling with the trauma of being abandoned, and she promised to never leave him behind again.
